Through transverse magnetic heat treatment iron-based nanocrystalline core has high saturation and magnetic induction intensity (1.25 T, relative to the ferrite), high permeability (u = 30000-100000, relative to the ferrite u = 10000), low remanence Br value, usually rectangular than Br/Bm < 0.3 (relative to the without transverse magnetic heat treatment of iron-based nanocrystalline core Br/Bm > 0.6), low iron loss (relative to the ferrite, transverse magnetic heat treatment of iron-based nanocrystalline core, traditional silicon steel sheet material).

Through transverse magnetic treatment iron-based nanocrystalline, because of the high saturation magnetic induction intensity of Bs, low remanence Br, so has great ΔB, can be used in the single ended topology circuit for transformer. When used in the circuit of push-pull, half-bridge and full-bridge topology, it will also avoid the saturation risk of the transformer due to the dc bias tape because the Br value is low.

Due to the use of iron-based nanocrystalline strip winding common-mode inductor core has high permeability, high saturation magnetic induction intensity, low loss, so need only a few laps common-mode inductor with high inductance, lower copper loss, small size.

Applications:  The common mode inductor magnetic core is mainly used in the middle and high frequency switching power supply as transformer core, instead of ferrite and silicon steel core, such as electroplating power and welding power supply.
